Blog CellPhone Signal has acquired press images of T-Mobile’s HTC G2 handset we are due to see announced in the not-to-distant future. The G2 will be T-Mobile’s first HSPA+ phone, and CPS is reporting that the specifications will look like this: Android OS with HTC Sense UI, 3.7-inch OLED display, 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, slide-out full-QWERTY keyboard, 5 megapixel camera, aGPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and optical trackpad.

Wirefly selling HTC EVO 4G tomorrow via Facebook

These days, trying to score an HTC EVO 4G is like trying to photograph a giant squid; you know that both exist, and it should technically be possible, but they are nearly impossible to find. Well, Wirefly has just dropped us a note to say that they have taken shipment of some EVOs and will be selling them tomorrow via Facebook.

It looks like the Windows Phone 7 stork will be making plenty of deliveries to AT&T when the OS if officially released. Engadget was sent another image of this HTC semi-sliding, Windows Phone 7 device… and it looks pretty sexy. As you can see, the device partially slides out in the landscape orientation to reveal not a keyboard, but a large speaker. The device, which is currently being called the T8788, is also reported to have a kickstand on the back; making this puppy seem pretty media-centric

HTC hosting media event September 15th in London

HTC is circulating the above invite to members of the press taunting them to visit London on September 15th to see exactly what they’ve “dreamt up.” We’re secretly hoping that this will be the unveiling of the company’s first Windows Phone 7 handheld, but we have a feeling that it may be a little early for WP7 just yet; in that case this probably is a new Android device (hopefully not just for those folks who live across the pond).

HTC’s Mozart running Windows Phone 7 gets photographed

Smile and say cheese! PocketNow stumbled upon several images of the HTC Mozart, one of HTC’s yet-to-be-released Windows Phone 7 offerings, up on Twitter. The leak is from ROM chef Xmoo, and the phone looks very similar to the HTC Schubert images that we’ve seen.

HTC Q2: 66% revenue growth, 5.4 million units sold

HTC posted their Q2 report card today, and it looks pretty darn good. The Taiwanese handset maker reported roughly $1.8 billion (USD) in revenues, which is up over 66% year-over-year
